To assist the club we are asking all new & returning players to complete a 2011 Player Registration form and email it to pagewood.soccer@optusnet.com.au   Complete Parts 1 to 7 only, you do not need to sign or pay any fees and are not obliged to register for the club. This is so we can update our records and speed up the registration process when it does formally open.
